My (married) Brother recently received the keys to his BTO purchased with Housing grant. I intend move in with him and my spouse (2 couples in the same bto). Is there anything i need to take note of? Am i an occupier or tenant?

Hi,

1) You are an immediate family thus your brother can just list you and your spouse as occupiers.
2) So there is no necessity to create a tenancy contract just to stay with your brother.
3) Since both of you are just normal occupiers. You don't have to observe the MOP ruling.
4) You may apply for BTO or buy a resale flat anytime you are ready.
