Hi, my family is looking to purchase a 4room resale flat as we are currently renting from HDB rental scheme. The applicants will be me (single 24yo), my brother (divorced 16yo), my dad (married 63yo) & occupier is my mom (LTVP), will all be moving in together. An agent mentioned that we are not entitled to buy a 4room resale which is not in line with the HDB Eligibility check. We are very confused and would like some clarification on this as well as the grants we are entitled to

Care to share whether residency are you guys except mom? SC?

You can check with HDB directly on your eligibility as well.
