Dear Property Gurus.

I'm a Singaporean who has just finished my 4 year work tenure in Bangkok and back in Singapore happily married with a kid.

I wish to buy my first HDB 3 room flat for my family in the areas of Marsiling Drive/ Woodlands, and wish to stay nearby my elderly parents staying in Marsiling Drive.

I am completely lost, over whelmed by the HDB's policies and stunned by the market prices.

Confused is the word, and i thought that being a Singaporean would be affordable for me to have a home. Gone are the days i suppose.

I seek a "kind and patient" agent who can assist me from A to Z and see the reality of where i come from and able to lead me and my family to our future home.
