My lease ending soon in 3 months time.I do not wish to pay any agent fee and my budget is $2000 for 2 bedders.I understand agent can co broke to get from owner.Anyone keen to help me to look for my new place?

Morning,

Tenant will still be required to pay for commission if the rental fee is below $3k. For your case, I'm afraid it would be inevitable unless you increase your rental budget accordingly.

Quite simply to put it forward, if you do not wish to pay for a professional service, then don't expect a professional to work for you. We are a professional body regulated by CEA and we go through Continuous Professional Development yearly to upgrade ourselves and also annual fees to practise, just like other professionals. You don't walk to into a clinic and ask the doctor which medicine should you take for illness and expect to walk out without paying for consultation. Read More
