My friend and her husband had just bought a condo at D14. She was a foreign and is here on S Pass. Her husband is a PR. They have bought this condo under the husband's sole name.
Q1. Can my friend who is here on S Pass applied for property loan with banks here although she does not have a name in the property.
Q2. They have also recently purchase another property in KL. The agent had advise them not to declare but my understanding is otherwise. Do they need to declare?
What is the implication for not declaring and the bank eventually found out?
