Hi,

Going by recent trends, approval for citizenship can take months For PR households, they have to sell away their hdb and cannot have 2 property concurrently on hand.

Even if citizenship is attained, there are other criteria such as income ceilings of 14k/mth for ECs.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
