Looking for a low-floor unit (<7) with at least 3 bedrooms >1700sf.
Unfurnished or very partially furnished only.
Budget is SGD 5.5K. Can move anytime.
Small family (2 adults, 1 kid, 1 helper).
Currently renting at Ridgewood for 3 years, but have to move due to landlord's circumstances.

There are currently a few 1700+ sqft units in Ridgewood up for rent, if you are keen, I can make arrangements for you to view this weekends.

Any reasons why do you prefer a low floor unit?
Lease duration?
