Looking for a 2 bedder to rent out.

Is it easy to get tenants here as there are many condo and EC projects in Sengkang and Punggol. Also facing stiff competitions from HDD'ers.

What other locations are easier to get tenants considering similar quantum to a 2 bedder at Luxurie/La Fiesta?

Hi Eric,

As long as the rental is priced reasonably, chances of securing tenants will be good. As these projects are situated in Sengkang, where it is more of a residential town, there is a good mix of buyers' profile in terms of purchasing for self occupation or rental investment.
