Lets say, there is an oustanding loan amount of $30k left to be paid for the house(HDB loan) and if the house was sold for 380k, the 30k will be taken by HDB ? How about the remaining 350k how will it be given to us ?

Evening,

The total proceed is the balance after settling the CPF funds utilized and the accrued interest due. The balance will be your cash profit, after deduction on the necessary expenses.
