Lately I rented out my whole unit.As a landlord I was asked to pay the conservency charges.
I need to know why should Landlord pay conservency charges when tenants are using the facilities.
Another thing if Singaporeans rent out the whole unit they loose the GST voucher.
They are not entitled for the gst rebate.
Does it mean that wants I lease out the whole unit I am no more a Singapore citizen.
