Landlord refuse to refund my tenancy deposit when my receipt is lost after 23 years of issuance. What is my next step and my right to get my deposit refunded. Police report submitted and a letter of commissioner of oaths is already submitted. I only have the copies of the tenancy agreement without the deposit receipt. Thank you
