Is there any benefit of not being eligible for AHG for getting our BTO in a mature estate? Like no need for resale levy later for rightsizing to another 2nd BTO flat in a non-mature estate in future.

Hi,

As long as you apply for BTO, resale levy is definitely applicable for the 2nd BTO, whether it is in mature or non-mature estate.

Thus the best deal is to apply for all & any eligible grant if possible during your first application.
