Is Cascadale the same type of condominium as the others? I saw some of the advertisement where the units are "walk up" units - is that true that some units have stairs and no lift?

I also saw some units being duplex unit - are there any rooms on the lower floor of the duplex unit?

My parents are staying with me and stairs may be a challenge for them.
