Im 40 yrs old, single lady singaporean. I used to owed a 3 bedroom house twice, those house i bought when i was before 35 yrs old and i used my dad and my mum's name accordingly. Both house has been sold in the open market.
My question is can single buy a BTO Houses, or what are the other single benefits beside allowing us to buy houses in the open market. will i be given any single scheme grant for BTO house or any resale flat if i intend to purchase again??
