If you are a Singapore Citizen, you may be eligible to buy under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme.
If you are 21 years old or above, your spouse must have a valid Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass at the time you submit your application to buy a resale flat. The pass must have a validity period of at least 6 months from the date of issue.
If you are 35 years old or above, your spouse must have a valid Visit Pass or Work Pass at the time you submit your application to buy a resale flat. The pass need not have a validity period of 6 months from the date of issue.
If you are a foreigner or SPR, you can only buy a private property.
