I would like to buy a 3-room HDB. But most old HDB flat have separate shower and toilet in the kitchen. My question is it possible to make into two toilet cum shower Reason is I plan to rent 1 room and I think I can get better rental fees if I provide a "dedicated" toilet shower to the tenant... Such as masterbed room ensuite setting only that except its not ensuite but in the kitchen Thank u for advice
