Hi, if you do not have an agent representing you, chances are you will always be at the losing end whenever incident crops out where landlord agent will definitely side with his or her landlord. And in his case, it will depend on whether is this agent collecting any fee from the landlord. If not, he will ask for the commission from you. But in most cases, landlord agent will collect his commission directly from the landlord.
