I own a HDB flat as the sole owner, but with necessary essential occupiers to form the required family nucleus.
If I choose to not stay in this HDB flat, and decide to stay at a friend’s place for a long term (i.e. including change of the residential address on my NRIC), will there be any implications on my property tax rates? (e.g. will IRAS now consider that my HDB is not owner occupied? and charge non owner occupied tax rates?)
