I own a 4-rm HDB in Buangkok and I am eligible to sell only from 1 Oct 2011. I have intention to buy a resale HDB flat in Queenstown. When should I go for house viewing? What is the estimated valuation for a 4-room HDB flat in Strathmore Ave area? Say mid-floor?

Hi Chuan,

It might be early to go for house viewing unless you like to take your time to familiarize and view the area.. As HDB option to completion time takes about 1 to 4 months typically...

As a standard selling and buying transaction takes about 4 months, it would be advisable to start to start looking into your fiancial convenience, before targeting the specific housing that you like.
