I have signed the option to purchase, paid the exercise fee and submitted my hdb resale application but the seller agent did not submit their part within 7 days. What can I do in this situation?

Morning Wendy,

You can contact your seller and request for the to submit the application first, before you do your part, as a DIY buyer. You can also ask your seller to compensate for the re-submission amount, if prior communication have being made in reference to the submission date. If all does not go through before the stapulated days stated on the OTP, you can start taking legal actions again your seller and their salesperon.
