I have paid the security deposit and 1st month rental. TA discussed and stated is this date for move in yet contract wasn’t signed on the day before the move in. We did not even received a receipt for the payment we have made. And as we arranged to meet up at the unit to do a inventory checklist with the agent. The agent was late and eventually wasn’t present to settle the checklist. Construction works was arranged to be done on the day we supposed to move in. Agent was never prompt in replies. The unit for rent was dusty yet agent claim cleaning was done.
