I have just purchased a private condo early last year, i.e. SSD applicable for four years. Now, I wish to purchase a resale HDB and this will require me to dispose my private condo with 6 months (not yet completed..) Can I ask if any of the gurus have experience in handling this? Will HDB repossess the flat if I fail to sell the private condo within 6 months? I do understand HDB repossess flats for bankruptcy and illegal activities, but has anyone's HDB been repossessed because of this?
