Hi brokers. What is the cheapest 2-room condo avaible now? Selling my executive HDB for a 3 room HDB and buying another 2-room condo. Best if the tenture is FREEHOLD, if not its okay. Pls advice on the location and prices. Thank you

    2 room condo in D 12-20? Preferably New launches. 700k and below. And how many % should I pay for the beginning? 20%? Thanks

Not allowed to buy private within 5years of buying your intended 3room hdb, unless you using someone else name.

I charge a commission of 1% for exclusive selling of properties.
