I am currently looking to buy a condo/apartment.
My requirements are freehold or 999 years, 2 bedrooms and close/walkable to MRT. My budget is around $1 million.
This is not for investment, but as a home for me. If possible, I would like to move in this year/as soon as possible. Ideally, would prefer a new property that TOP 2012, but, is open to few years old condo.
