Hi,I saw a house in bedok.interested to buy.read in HDB websites stating as for singles to buy a resale flat,the income is cap at $3000.my basic salary is above the income cap.can i still get HDB loan? this is my 1st time buying.

Hi Mr Mohamed,

If your icnome is above $3,000. You are not eligible for HDB loan and grant.

Therefore, you may want to consider taking bank loan.
