I have identified a specific HDB unit and based on a YouTube advert, understand this place is currently rented out (I did check with Agent A who did the video).
Agent A said she did not manage to rent the unit out and eventually passed it to another Agent and she has no other info on lease expiry etc.
Questions:
Q1 . Is it possible to find owner and reach out directly to check if they are planning to sell or continue renting out?
Q2. If I appoint an Agent to help me facilitate the transaction, what's the market rate for Agent fee for Buyer if I had done the sourcing of flat myself?
Q3. Similarly if I approach Agent A, which she be charging commission as per Q2 or just charge Seller the fee?
