i have a HDB property. I am intending to sell it and buy a condo. After the sale of HDB and the proceeds from it is refunded back to my CPF account, can i reuse the CPF funds soon after to buy a condo or is there a time frame of restriction?

Hi kkren1,

Depending on your age and loan availability, you can utilise the funds returned to CPF for your condo purchase.

Have you done the necessary planning for this buy and sell?
