I bought a resale hdb under single scheme before marriage and took grant already. My husband was added in as occupier after marriage. If we apply for BTO, should I put my name as main applicant or my husband's name? Does it make any difference in terms of ballot chance? If I put my name as main applicant are we still counted as first timer?
