I bought a resale flat near yung sheng road just two days before and only recently I came to know that a few yards away BTO project is coming which can last for 3 years. I am am worried since my 3 year old baby ia very allergic to dust and has a series of medical problems like wheezing,urinery infection and gasteroentritis. Its really bad for her to live in a dusty environment. What is my option now? As oer new rules I can sell or sublet the flat, Anyone has an advice which may help us??kindly respond
