I am working overseas now. I am looking for a property with rental potentials, at the same time good retuns on investment. Need advice and recommendations. Budget about $700k.

Hi,

for good rental yields, its better to invest in commercial properties where 5 to 7% is easily achievable. Plus there is good potential for capital appreciation if the location is good.
