I am planning to move in to my fiance house, with his parents, sibling and relatives.
His house currently have parents, 2 brothers, 2 uncles (relative) and my fiancé. If I move in to his house before marriage, is this situation will apply to limited occupancy cap rule? Owner didnt rent out the place or receive any rental.
