I am looking for tenant for the studio unit of my dual key condo. My agent introduced a tenant who backed out after signing the letter of intent, leading to my forfeiting his deposit of 1 month rental. Can the agent charge me the full agent fees of half month rent for 1 year lease even though tenency agreement was not signed?
