I am looking for a 3 or 4 br apartment that meets the criteria:
+ within 0.5km to the MRT listed,
+ built before 2005 or without bay window/planter
+ actual living space within each bedroom at least 9 m sq (or at least 2 bedrooms)
+ built-in area 120 to 200 m sq
- ideally 100 or more units in the estate
- vacant possession or with tenancy ending in 2010
