I am interested in purchasing The Centris completion date is due in 2012. Does that mean I need to place my deposit PLUS start making loan repaymentsments once deposit has been submitted.

Hi, your loan repayments start only upon completion date, which normally take 12 weeks. While the TOP is June 2009, you can plan to arrange the completion to be upon TOP with approval by the owner, meaning you only need to start your instalments upon TOP.
