Dear sir/madam,

Am curious to find out why only these selected stretch ad street? Also it will be good to know how do you value a property to determine if price is right as landed property unlike condos or HDB, are different for every individual units, from the year they are built, how much money was spent to build and etc, which will make a difference to its valuation.

    We have viewed many properties in this area already and we know specifically what we have in mind. To save time and effort, it's better to be specific. this stretch serves our requirements well - CLose to MRT, good land space and road width for legal visitor parking. When i say the price is right... i mean it has to within our budget. which is between 4-4.5m.
