Morning,

To purchase private leasehold properties in Singapore, you will be liable for Additional Buyer Stamp Duty. This is 10% of purchase price, on top of the standard stamp duty. Depending on your income status, the bank will dish out mortgage loan of nothing more than 80%.
Local bank loan would require your income statement and employment letter, to assess you credit ability.
