I am a SPR and turning 35 soon. Being a first timer, I am still deciding if I should buy a 4rm resale HDB in Clementi now or a studio condo in Jurong or West area which will TOP in 2012 or 2013. I am currently earning 4.5k a month and my budget is about 550k. Can any agent please provide me a detailed breakdown of the costs (including grant, loans, cash needed, stamp duty, etc) for both type of housing? Thanks.
