I am 31 years old and have savings of $250000, . Own a 3 rm hdb flat with outstandling mortgage loan. I looking to invest one more private studio .. My income is about $5000 monthly. Only debt is my 3rm hdb and a car loan left 35k.. Can any guru suggest me any good development to invest?
