Hi,
Regarding the above, I have the 1st HDB appointment in Feb for a resale flat. I am single, earning 5k/mth and will need $300k loan. I do not have any outstanding load. HLE state I can get $315k.
But for the past 2years, I am helping my relatives in paying for their biz purchases using my credit cards. Total amount I swipe s around $5-8k which were promptly paid once I receive the CC statement. My relatives always pay me the money every month. Reason is they do not use CC and by helping them I will get the CC cash rebates which I keep. Does this affect the amount of money I can borrow? I just check with CBS and my risk grade is AA.
If it does, Then I will stop immediately now. And if I stop now, will it affect my borrowing? Does 1st appointment or 2nd appointment determine the borrowing?
