How much to renovate a resale HDB 5 rooms, an EA and EM ? It has to be good decor design finishing. For I am going to make purchase soon & need to provision adequate budget. Thanks.

Morning,

Renovation really defer from individual taste and what type of material your are looking at. Principle renovation cost should range from $50k to infinite. I have seen 3 room flat spending $80k on renovation and 5 room flat spending only $28k.
