Hi,my handing over is on 7th July. But my friend took over the unit on 7th and handing over done by Agent. Also during my friend tenancy, owner accepted to resolve the issues for first 14 days from the move in date. We have sorted all the repairs and did very nice handover to our agent and the deposit was refunded by owner. Later, after 5 days of deposit refund, now as there were very minor crack in toilet bowl(master room), owner wants us to repair it even after handing over.

To note: we are one of the occupant in common room. Really very stressed. Please help me to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance
