hi.I'm interested in buying a 5 room resale hdb flat.However, Im EP holder with about 42000 salary per year and my husband has about 20000 income per year. I am looking for bank/hdb loan which allows me maximum loan amount.Which bank offers the best?By the way, I am applying for PR now and intend to change my status to sole owner (my husband is now) or co-owner, do you know how much I have to pay for the process?

Afternoon Ms. Wong,

Only PR couples are eligible to purchase HDB unit. PR single are not eligible to purchase under single scheme. As to how much cash you need will depend on your valuation, loan percentage, COV and amount of CPF which both of you holding.
