Hi.. we rental a whole unit HDB our contract was ended in FEB 10th 2022, than we decide to continue TA, on feb 23th agent send us the documents and asked signature by online, i did sign n sed him back after a month gap MARCH 28th he send me the TA n asked me to pay for the stamp duty , so that's means am i stil in that agreement? Coz when i say to him i don't wish to continue, the agent say i have to pay agent fee n my deposit wil forfeit is that true?
