Hi there, people believe that this development has en bloc potential. However, the big plot of on the other side of the river seems sparsely occupied so wouldn't that plot of land has more en bloc potential? Any thoughts?

Cant comment much about En bloc potential, however geylang have great future potential and developments.

That is why people are investing there partly because of the attractive price as a city fringe location and also the future development of the location.
