Hi there,

I am planning to upgrade, bought my flat in 2009 Aug.

1.
Can I apply for EC now or must I wait till the mop has been fulfilled?
2.
Is it possible to appeal for the applying of EC now & to sell it when the EC top...?

3.
How much will a 2 bedroom ec in north or west cost?
What about dual keys unit?

4.
How much is the expected rental for the 2 bedroom ec in north/ west?
What about dual keys unit?

Hi Ms Faith

I'm sorry that you could only purchase an EC once you hit the MOP, and that will be in July next year. It is useless to appeal as HDB will reject you outright.
