Please help to answer my queries.

1) Is the SSD applicable to HDB properties considering a buyer has to fulfill MOP of 5 years (even for resale flats)?

2) Currently, can a private homeowner buy a HDB flat (whether new or resale)? Previously, it was possible.

3) How long does a HDB owner have to wait before he/she can buy a private property?

4) For a second home (from the developer), if the bank loans only upto 60% and the homebuyer is on progressive payment, does he/she have to fork out the first 20% and the subsequent 20% in cash/cpf before the bank loan is availed? How does the bank ensure the first 40% is paid up before the bank loan is availed?
