Hi me and my hubby is 1st time buyer currently looking for a 3/4 room flat in woodlands..preferably with realy superb low cash or at valuation..not more than 310k.we are living in hdb rental right now and the rent is 5 times than previous that we paid due to my hubby salary...pls anyone got to offer

Hi Nur,

3i/ng room Marsiling 210 - 250 valuation
4a/s room marsiling/woodlands/admiralty 260 - 350 valuation

I would advise you to go for 3 room units with higher valuation than usual so that the COV might be adjusted slightly lower. If you can find units at 2XX cluster asking value to be 240, chances are, the COV will be lower due to the average value at that area to be the lowest in woodlands. If you want to get a bigger area, you might want to consider 4s units around 8XX series. However, bear in mind that average COV will be around 30 for those units.
