Hi,

1) This is the requirement from the HDB to reveal all personal and property information during your application.
2) The HDB will decide whether you need to dispose of this non-residential property within 6 months of your purchase.
3) You may put up your query via this channel: https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BF12AWFeedback/BF12SFrontController?service=ServiceFeedback&operation=createFeedback

Dear sir/mdm,

If we look closely at HDB website, it is stated that the buyer will be required to dispose off any private properties within 6 months period after buying the HDB and that private properties include but are not limited to houses, buildings, land, EC units and privatised HUDC flats. So it is definitely better to check directly with HDB if you will be required to dispose off this property, and you may wish to submit appeal if you wish to keep the property but are required by HDB to dispose.
