Hi just want to ask question regarding security deposit.
Sept 2020 I moved out in my previous house (HDB). I tried to find a repalcement for me to be able to get my deposit from that person. My previous housemates didnt like the person I found since she's a different race. Otherwise, they let their friend to stay as my replacement but she didn't give any deposit. Do i have to asked that person to give my deposit since she was the one stayed on the house? At this point, she don't want to give any deposit but they are already terminating their lease
