On top of what Lorraine has provided, pls also cater for:
- Stamp fee for Mortgage (use CPF O/A):
0.4% of Loan Granted subject to maximum $500
- Stamp fee for Transfer which is $4800 (use CPF O/A). If CPF O/A not enough, can use cash. Need not be cash upfront and reimbursed by cpf (this only applies to buying a pte property).
- Home Protection Insurance Premium
